yes u r on the right track but if u can keep it up...... i plan to be on a liquid diet everyday but then i cant resist food hahahah, i m still eating very healthy though,,, good luck how much r u trying to loose btw.
u need to eat more calories in ur diet cuz 300 calories for a person whose height is 5"3" is no good u wil gain all the weight bac wen u start eating other foods
you should aim for at least 800-1200 kcal everyday, like others said you are starving yourself. This is only going to decrease your metabolic rate (metabolism) which means your body will store more fat and burn less (only reason you loose weight is because there is so little to store) and when you start eating your body will continue doing that and the result will be gain back all the weight lost and MORE!
Please eat a healthy diet with exercise (aerobic and strength)
!!!! mannnn....this is not dieting. You must have a balanced diet inclusive of cereals, fibres, vitamins, proteins and little carbs.
This way you'll lose more muscle than fat and after a month or so your skin may become loose, blackness beneath eyes, lips will turn dark brown and hair will start falling...!!
Include atleast 2 rotis and dal in lunch and 1 roti at your evening meal in your mentioned programme. On every second day (alternate day), include a serving of oatmeal / kheer in the breakfast.
Actually i havent starved myself. I feel full after having this all. The thing is what i am eating has very less calories but fills my tummy enough like the soup, egg and the fruits.
As everyone said i should have some carbs and proteins, i added a roti with salan at dinner time. So approximately 650 calories for yesterday.
The problem is i dont have time for any exercise due to my work demands. I am sitting 12-13 hours of the day, sleeping 8 hours a day. I dont seem to find any time for any exercise. How will i lose weight if i keep sitting, the only way would be to eat as much as i want but less calorie foods like vegetables and fruit. The soup has all veges & fruit i take it direct. One thing that i feel is lacking in it is intake of milk.
daffyduck the stats for me sound similar i am 5'4 and weigh aroung 64/65kg......im getting married in summer and aim to be around 50-55kg inshallah
im on a low carb diet well trying to be....i started at 72 kgs end of november so have lost around 8kg which im proud of but im kind of losing motivation i keep telling myself i CANT be a fat bride!!!!
Like WIPER said you need to add roti/chawal (carbs) to ur diet, if you dont you will loose muscle mass. Add altleast one slice of toast to each of your meals, this will still be low carb (about 105g) and you wont store it as fat. This will add about 250 calories (according to what my bread nutrition facts are), totalling to about 960cal. You should add some milk or yogurt as well.
