You cant take what he said at face value. Just like you cant take me saying "you're an angel" at face value.
Let me explain what he meant because you obviously didnt understand simple english. He's saying all the revolutionaries (like Mandela) have been killed in Iraq under Saddam's rule. Hence, when asked why there arent any revolutionaries in Iraq, Bush remarked "Saddam killed all the Mandelas). Got it?
