At work, I just use instant messenger and Outlook notes/calendar/e-mails to communicate with my boss and co-workers.

I use the Outlook calendar for work stuff at work (and also for personal stuff that I have to do while I am at work).
For other personal stuff such as appointments and tasks, I use my PDA’s calendar. Speaking of which, I haven’t posted the pics of my new phone yet
