Yeah. Turns out the Interior Ministry is stepping on the toes of most other ministries and handing out diplomatic immunity to whoever they want. Currently the US staff has over 250 staff with diplomatic immunity and has authorized the usage of heavy weapons for international diplomatic staff.
Which is in violation of the Vienna treaty.

I wouldn't be surprised if the the guy making the real money for the illegal bore licenses is very (VERY) close to the seat of power in not just Pakistan.
It is an absolute crime against humanity that in the name assisting justice and establishing law, some powerful people rationalize ends justify means and then the slippery slope gets them and all around them.
I used to and still get frustrated to hear about how Indian arms deals sometimes end up enriching such crooks who put national security below their personal gains.
That the same and similar things happen in Pakistan also with sickening regularity only tells us that when brothers fight the third parties gain and literally laugh (at us both) on their way to the bank.
I don't know why but such news from Pakistan, instead of making me gloat about an 'enemy's failure', nowadays just saddens me. Indians are suffering, Pakistanis are suffering, all for what?
If someone keeps saying Islamic extremism and Hindu extremism and Jewish extremism and Christian extremism etc - please can't we see through this game? is ut really that difficult that on all sides, these religious wars that always were around have now radicalized to violence only by money makers, oil barons, arms dealers and political dynsties to just sustain themselves?
There is no grand design here by these culprits - I don't think it is a grand cospiracy. Juts that these factions have so professionalized their respective methodologies that they perpetuate the misery on the weakest - which happens to be India Pakistan and a few others.
