Sounds like a serious case for psychiatric help. She obviously wasn't thinking long term or clearly. Staying in jail for what might be a life sentence vs. taking care of two autistic children :(, I feel sorry for both the sick mother, and the babies....must have had a lot going on. Very sad fate for the kids may Allah (swt) help the rest of the family get through this.
