I meant 11 kgs. If you would have been followingmy blog you would know how. Not only do i eat water retention tablets, i eat folic acid, i eat appetite supression tablets, i do 40 min walking everyday, i do 30 min treadmill everyday plus i go to slimming massages session and i eat 5 times a day because of fast metabolism and i drink 3 liters of water... and i use firming gels
You should only take water retention tablets, if you have water retention...its dangerous otherwise....appetite suppression is a big no-no...very bad for you.
please dont take these at all. very harmful effects in the long term.
Aisha, its really good that you lost so much weight...and well done to you...but i really think people should realise that taking tablets to lose weight is not a good idea...
i know people who have taken them and have had bad experiences....and also the weight does eventually come back..
stick to healthy eating and exercising loads....its a simple formula..exercise -lose more kcals than you eat and u shud c some weight loss....

However, I must say....that dancing seems to be helping...so dance away for 2 hrs a day...and watch the weight fall off ;)
