Because than I have to admit that I need to drink 8 glasses of pani everyday and work out 30mins a day and not eat nachos and not drink 4 cups of coffee/ day with redbull on the side.
So I ignore this forum all together.

Well alright..but are you seeing any negative effect for what you are eating or drinking. For example, are you under or over weight?. Your blood sugar is high?. etc etc.
I personally think you are probably avoiding this section because you are guilty for not putting good stuff in your body.

as someone who loves her tea, especially when studying. i know how difficult it is to lay off the caffeine. the best way to get more water with you is to fill up a pint glass every time you get a cup of coffee. and then have sips of water between coffee breaks.
it will keep you more awake too.
you could try some cardio 2-3 times a week. exercise will make you sleep better and it does de-stress.
Confucious say that weight loss should not be done in spurts - exercise and moderation in eating is a lifelong process. And if you falter, just get back on track.

i was a super couch potato in college days lol i couldnt imagine living without atleast 4 big mugs of tea or coffee per day....

So in layman terms you're telling us you're being nothing but a complete disappointment to not anyone but your own well being? Sorry but you're free to brand me as Mr. Rude for all I care. Worth a mention though, Its not something I absolutely love or loved being.
You do realize the 8 glasses of water cleanses any toxins circulating inside your system? Ever heard of Hydrotherapy? Do 6 glasses work for you? Do you have any idea what other benefits water provides you with? Disease free, better/glowy skin are a few I could name from the back of my hand. Need more, feel absolutely free to ask.
30mins a day is not essential for you to keep yourself as fit as you expect yourself to be, you could do the same 30 minutes of exercise in 2 days and achieve your goals. Is that too much to ask for? Alternatively, how does 10 mins each day work for you? Yes you read that right, 10 minutes a day will do you a whole lot of good compared to doing absolutely nothing at all.
Nachos and Redbull/Coffee do no harm to you as long as you stick to a regimen you've created for yourself. Either you could control the cheaty little snacks you speak of or you could let them control/crush you. So worth asking, whats it gonna be?

just take 3glasses in morning when u wakeup.....2glasses 1 or 2 hr before lunch....n 3glasses atleast 2hrs before dinner...(other than tea/redbull/coffee etc....)
I will not ignore. And I like the 10 minute idea. Will workout for 10mins and eat healthy.
My eating habits are so bad .
I really don’t eat more than 1000 cals a day but most of those calories are not good. Like yesterday I ate one doughnut, 1 aloo khabab, quarter of a roti with daal ka salan, and 1 glass of water. Not because I’m dieting but because I’m lazy in eating a proper meal.
So goal from today:
Eat at least two proper meals with healthy snacks.
No more coffee during classes, I still want redbull for exams and stuff
6 glasses of water
10 minutes of workout. (I HATE working-out )
Gaia.....if u dont like working out then just go for walk or jog for an hour with a friend or sibling....its fun n refreshing!!ONLY IF u r eating healthy lolz
