Only if it is true, this really nice Dr. Robin spent a lot of time with me and told me that many doctors now believe that elevated levels of cholesterol are not linked to heart disease, I remember we wouldn’t let our mom eat red meat and my eldest sister really takes care of her health and wont eat red meat although chicken has same amount of cholesterol as lean cuts of beef. I want to put this out here and see what you guys think of this news. Also I eat massive amounts of eggs and beef and my cholesterol was normal, how did that happen.
