The first dress is really pretty, you would look very pretty!

The second dress is Bunto (I think) and youre right, a replica of it would not look good at all. I say go for the first one, and yeah pink is common but which colour isn't? (apart from black actually) Every colour has been done a million times before, but theres nothing you can do about that...

i think u should go with a lengha with a trail in the back. i'm saying that because u r quite tall mA and that will look nice. just make sure ur shirt is long

The pink is really lovely, and I think you can probably get a good copy made.

The white is also very nice, but really needs to be done by someone with good taste, and so is more risky if you're making a copy.

i wore a sharara, no trail, and im 5'10. its quite flattering. dont worry about whats common or not. wear whatever u like

mama ki dua - Haha...that is what inspired me to have this nick. i absolutely love their cinnamon waffles...they are the best...you've got try the haagen daaz one aswell. they're lush too!!!

shezadi jaani- hey thanks for the suggestion =) but i'm really loving the gharara look...also, i don't want something figure hugging as i don't have the slimmist (is that even a word?) of hips :p

Sahar02 - Thanks Sahar =) i hope i can get a good copy made inshAllah. i have a wheatish complexion so i think this pink would look nice =) you are right about copying the second one...i just think the gold work on it is so delicate, it could easily be made to look cheap if not done by the original designer or someone with good taste.

Anyway, I like the idea of you wearing a gharara...because of your height I think you will pull it off elegantly. Ive always wanted to wear a gharara but it makes me look like a little muffin so I wore a lehnga. Pink is also my favorite color and I wore it on my mehndi instead of the traditional green and yellow. The pink gharara is an excellent choice. :)

I wouldnt do the second unless you're getting it done from the source...Bunto Kazmi herself. If you do decide to go that route.............its a gorgeous choice.

Also don't worry too much about what colors are common and what are not. Wedding clothes should be influenced by trends. They should reflect your tastes and desires and should have a timeless quality.

Eeeekk!! I think I'll try to forget I ever saw any other pictures of this dress .... but I'm gonna do something in this combo after Eid for sure ...

cinnamon waffle, if you decide to get the pink one, have it made by the original designer, it's one of those dresses which wont come out all that great until done by the person who originally created it... also, eventhough you like it .. and the dress is very pretty .. no doubt.. but you can still find something more unique!! I would rate this dress as one of which are easily forgotten...
