i always use to think y we have to get a license to keep a gun, or a feroshious pet like some aggressive dog breeds…it really does’nt made any sense to me…well i m spending money…i m taking care of it …whts ur concern in it…than after some time i came to know that license is basically a eligibilty certificate that this particular undertakes that he or she wud keep abve mentioned entities properly and they 'll not b injerous for other…khiar! this made a sense…the mainpurpose of any license is to ensure saftey of general public…ahan ! did u ever think that in any society 99 % of crimes is just bcoz of humans them selves…yeah ! human…all the disorder in society is due to indiscipline in human attitude and u all know it that indicpline emerges due to deficiency in parental guidance…negligence…wrong decsion taken by parents …improper guidance.improper training…uu wud all agree that on primry level parent’s training is indispensible…and if a child doesnt get proper attention ,he certainly takes off to be some one who can be injerous to society…i think that y dont we impose a condition on having a child i.e we must have license system … a parent should not be authorized to have a baby unless he or she have a proper training as a parent and this type of training must contain few fundamental theories abt children’s upbringing for parent 's knowledge…they must know abt how personality is developed..atleast they must know wht makes a personality a better one and wht makes it wrost one.
