Well, I am…BUT here’s the thing. My family is a boring family I guess, we don’t like to give/receive gifts to/from each other. On Birthdays, Anniversaries, and other special days, we go to lunch or dinner. So when I gave gift to my mom on Mothers day (which was Mrs.’ idea), mommy was thrilled 
Mrs.’ family are really into gifts. I mean they’ll give gifts for ANYTHING and it ticks her off when my family doesn’t do that for each other. They do give her presents though on her birthday etc, but not to me nor am I looking forward to gifts. It bugs me when I receive gifts from her family but I stay quiet.
As for giving gifts to my wife, since I am lazy, I tell her to get whatever she wants and I will just pay for it. You’d think that’s a girl’s dream to hear that from her husband? WRONG in my case. She makes me think and asks ME to get something for her. I don’t abuse her so I don’t give her any presents on regular basis, I am a good hubby
