*** Moving our new things … makes us more conscious … specially when it comes to In-Law House (Susral) … u must be careful … it should / must look elegant … and convinent for u too
so Plz share ur experience how u transport ur Jahaiz
Peti (big trunk) for blankets,quilts,khais,bedsheets,bisters.. etc
Cartons.......for kitchen utensils (paanday teenday)
Suitcases-------for clothes...but depends how much clothes you have.....because too much clothes then suitcases will not be enough......then u need something else....duffle bags/nylon bags are good for clothes.
:p make up, shoes, earrings, neckless, chooriyan... its not tht basic things, par yeh bhi honi chaiye since u r new dulhan and have to be ready everyday (^^)
I have one word… SANDOOK!!! i came across this in a uk wedding magazine and my mum thought it was an amazing idea…the wooden ones are amazing but they also have a maharani steel one aswell. cant wait to get mine
Dont people usually transport their clothes etc in suitcases, and then the gifts for the inlaws/groom in baskets, thaals and gift boxes? (and ofcourse, household stuff in cartons)
I remember my nani having a sandook...She got her jehez in that and then it was a decorative piece in her room:d
Also, it would be nice to know how one should pack their stuff..as in, for example, if there are 3 suitcases- so should one put all the clothes in one, all the shoes in another etc or some clothes, shoes, accessories, lingerie in one and similarly in the others?
