Re: Things to Notice from Rally and Jalsa
My problem is that i know about the coal project and the cost associated to generate power from these reserves, had i not been involved in these projects, i might have bought his words, but the things he stated are not practical, if today Pakistan set to use those coal in use, it will take another 5-10 years to the net production of 12,000 MW, whereas by that time, the demand of electricity will increase…no to mention that developing these projects have its own cost let alone development of the coal mines..
As for the leadership they can say whatever suits them, he could have went ahead and said, since the gas is readily available, he would switch all the oil fired power generating units to gas, and because Pakistan have its own gas, it can sell the gas at the par… this could have been more realistic and quick then talks about coal…
don’t want to talk about other things, they are just statements, if he is so eager to have assets of all politicians to be declared, then why not declare his assets first and that is not all, the assets declaration should not be limited just telling us that what one owes but also that what was the source used to build/develop that asset, otherwise we might see a statement saying somebody gifted some expensive land to someone for free or someone have 500 Kanals of agriculture land valued at Rs 50,000 only…
so sorry i cannot buy that, although i also want to live in the dream world and promising things our leaders tells us, but that it is real hard for me…
