If you consider the biryanis made from shan masala and ketcupy gravies desi food and fancy eating in dingy dirty resturant ....go to gerrad for sure.

There are some nice indian places but i am still doubtful of there halal status, so i stick to vegan curries.

I miss pakistani food :(.

If you are going to niagara you might consider going to marine land and butterfly conservatory.

bengalis consider the pomfret a lowly bony sea fish compared to their beloved giant river carps and hilsa.. sigh.. people from the arabian sea coast are the pomfret lovers.

For dinner, try Eddies Wok n Roll - the most popular Indian style Hakka Chinese food restaurant in the Toronto area. It is located in Mississauga - just 20 - 25 mins from downtown Toronto. It is worth the drive there. On any given night this restaurant is jam packed with desi families especially pakistanis because they serve halal food. Oh and the service in this restaurant is next to none. You won’t find this type of customer service in any desi restaurant because desi’s do not understand the meaning of customer service. Have fun!
