Things To Do & Food Options in Los Angeles

Heading to LA for a few days… hotel is in the Pasadena area.

I’d appreciate if someone can recommend local attractions that a first-timer might be interested in.

Also if you have any suggestions for halal food places in LA, please let me know.

Our firm headoffice is in Pasadena. the office is right across the Universal Studios. Thats how i know that it is there ;-) So yes you can go there :)

D6C dude… I live in the falafel/shawarma capital of Canada (Ottawa) so no attraction to go to Falafel King, but will certainly be visiting the UCLA campus area so who knows… may be I’ll check it out.

This is not your other ordinary falafel/shawarma place. Its been serving since 40 years now - Dont miss it :)

I dont remember much about food places from our trip to LA but you have to try World Famous Grill in Bell.. probably about 20 mins from Pasadena but its worth every minute spent traveling there!!!:D

Their must have:

chili cheese fries

it's halal!

nearer to Disneyland there is an awesome breakfast place where the pancakes are amazing . it is called the The Griddle Cafe and is at Sunset Boulevard. Also try Mas' Islamic Restaurant in Anaheim
