NJgal : I’ve thrown out all my hubbys tapes… we don’t even have a tape listening device in our house…!!! so i told him i put them in the attic 
I remember when we got engaged, he gave me a box with all these gifts in it, and one thing was a mixed tape with lots of lovey dovey songs on it… hope that wasn’t in the bag of tapes i threw out

My hubby doesn't know that whenever he is away I toss out more of his things. Those old golf shirts that were "accidently" ruined in the wash - that was me :) We "lost" so many of his old things when we moved the last time. DH can't get rid of anything without a little help, and I am happy to oblige!

^Mine saves everything, and I do mean everything. We have boxes of VHS movies - not home movies, mind you, or Indian movies that are not on DVD, just dumb action movies, and we haven't had a VCR in the house for probably 5 years. I moved them once, then they hopped a ride on the Goodwill truck during our last move. The husband was looking for one a couple of months ago. When we moved to Dubai from London, he packed all of his clothes from college, even though he wasn't that size anymore. He tried to move them from Dubai to the US, I think the shipping company must have lost them - oops :)

seriously though, what she does not know does not have any direct impact on her so why bother. if things change and it has an impactm then no harm in getting into it, or if the topic comes up. and vice versa..she does not need to know each and everything and niether do I.
