The things to love about this city are:
well for a start it is my hubby’s city (my susral) and also our family has lived in this city for the last 4/5 generations and we are a noted family with lots of respect found that out as I lived here after marriage…
lots of yummy eating places have cropped up over the past few years ,we boast a pizza hut, Mc’s,kfc,subway and they are all halal..love it when family visit from england and want to eat a big mac..
local restaurants are very good too and cater to different pockets…

Weather , Greenery , Scenery and small town living only a few minutes drive away from big city.

I love the fact that I can find halal food of almost any kind within a very short distance.

Now that is one good aspect. Not many people (those who are living in non-islamic countries) can say that about their city.

Food: farm fresh fruits and veggies, eggs, fresh maple syrup and pancake breakfast shacks all over the place!
Places: lots and lots of greenery, fishing, hiking, boating, strawberry/blueberry/apple picking activities all within 10-15 miles!
culture: All shops closing at 9:00 (no delaying things until midnite like my husband used to do while living in NJ), no fast food chains, opportunities for many interfaith based interactions.
People: Farmers or teachers... loving and caring overall!
