- 3rd is prohibited for sure, 2nd is ok as long as that female is mehram , but for 1st one , i think it’s better to avoid watching t.v b/c u never know what comes up ? i know in Pakistan people avoid watching t.v while fasting but turn it on after iftar , it’s what i do ( which i think is absolutely wrong , but …) and as for watching girls on street ,
don’t u think that not just yr whole body but eyes should be fasting too?

but
1. this is a major sin if you are just "Watching" them to get enjoyment what is called TARNA in urdu - no it does not break the fast but you have made it quite weak in reward. You should make tauba from this act.
2. depends on what relationship -- for this read my answer on the thread I mentioned above.
3. YEs. in all cases. I hope we are only talking about permissible sex between married couples.
