So lying down alone in my warm living room couch last week, with 5 inches of snow outside I was craving authentic ‘barfi’ soo bad… to the extent that it depressed the hell out of me!! If this was Pakistan, I wouldnt even have to get up, just page a naukar, and barfi hazir in a few minutes!! I buried that craving inside deep inside my distraught feelings and went to sleep
However, just today a friend who came back from PAkistan got engaged and brought me a little box of Barfi from Lahore!!
I believe things happen for a reason! He got engaged just to satisfy my barfi cravings!! I’m the happiest man on this planet!! I’ts not alot, but I’m saving some for my buddies who live 30-40 minutes away from me!
The newly engaged couple should be thankful to you, it was nothing but your craving for burfi that made the engagement possible , indeed things happen for a reason....

Indeed! they should send me 2-3 more dabbaz ASAP! I'm pretty sure with my cravings on the rise, they'll end up with 12-15 kids.

Now spock shoud crave for laddoo so they can have a baby.
I've always felt that things happen for a reason. Whether you're experiencing good times or bad, I feel that there's some sort of hidden lesson or purpose in every circumstance.
