sigh. nothings helping me heal. if anything i feel like my tears have gotten worse since delivery. i think i had third degree tears , but the doctor wouldn’t say clearly. this bleeding is driving me nuts. i still can’t walk normally.

DO you have anyone around for tending and taking care? like mom or mil, someone? are you taking those desi things that help fast?
