No matter how hard I try, I just cant get the perfect legs. Thank God I’ve lost weight in all other areas I wasn’t happy with, but my thighs are just not budging. I want them a bit thinner and firmer than they are. I’ve been using the machines at the gym specially for legs, but not much luck.
baji! yes I've seen that at my gym but I dont know how to use it, so I never bothered. I usually only do leg curls and these other leg machines one which works out the inner, and one that works out the outer thigh.
So you say the leg press would be most effective? I think Im gonna go and try that one tehn.

Riya it may increase the size of particular area you spoke about.
Would you be ok if they are more defined but say an inch larger? Like athletes?
And what ever exercise you pick do more raps. Less weight more raps.
And try dropping leg curls/extensions.
In theory runnig should solve the issue for you. I mean with out doing leg workout.
No way, if anything I would wanna lose an inch or two!
Ive been sprinting, walking, jogging on the treadmill and I lost oodlez of weight on my upper body but nothing and I mean NOTHING has changed on my lower body except my calves have gotten bigger and thats another problem
may be there is nothing you could lose there?
what if its all muscle? I mean they help you run do all that stuff, don’t hate them for being strong.
IF you insist do some semi-starch/semi-athlatic work out for legs arter your running.
I will try to find some video online, its what track and field athletes do. In oder to make them stronger/more agile/flexible.
Thats probably because you lost fat, and replaced it with muscle… Its when people working out so hard fail to realize why they don’t loose weight, when in essence they’re loosing body weight but getting stronger with the added muscle which weights more than fat.
Were you on a low carb, high protein diet by any chance?
