I was disappointed to find out that the Dawn is getting a dozen letters a day from Non resident Indians saying Pakistan deserved the quake. While there have been a few letters with condolences on the tragedy, I am surprised at why this specific group of Indians ( and not others) seem so satisfied at the death of thousands?

There are stupid people everywhere. Anyways, over 1500 Indians, including many Indian soldiers died as well. Something thse losers will conveniently ignore

Anyways, bad apples everywhere…and yeah have heard of Pakistanis having told similar things for India when teh Tsunami hit last year… there will be rotten apples in every lot…(People can be bad…and Indians have enough faults…but not that bad either..)

Istead, (some )Pakistanis suggested that tsunami was a wrath of Allah on the tourist in Thailand and rest of em were cheerful cuase Allah saved the masjid made of bricks and stones in the middle of devastation and let hundred of thousands of his follower die convenitently…

I find this funny...people say nothing happens without the will of their God and then find rationale to retrofit the catastrophy to their political biases. Like God gives a siht who prayed 5 times a day or who rang a ghanti in teh mandir at 5am on Somvaar. hahah

NRI’s and NRI-owned companies have donated millions of dollars to quake relief in the last 6 days. The metro-detroit temples raised $200k in 4 days.
it would be pretty foolish of you to actually believe that the most educated of Indians are celebrating the deaths of thousands of quake victims.

Yep, many said that it was curse of Allah because of the demolished Babri masjid, many claimed that since Hindu fanatics took stones/bricks from the masjid and kept in their toilets to pee on it thats why God sent an earthquake. Now if some Indians are saying similar thing, I am not shocked.

and there must’ve been Pakistanis who donated during Indian crisis but there must also be Pakistanis who would’ve enjoyed Indian misery, so don’t get mad at hearing this… there are donkeys everywhere in the world.
