roaming around in the city or a large portion of teh city is fine but atleast for karachi folks to go to interior sindh used to be a huge risk. we have some farmland that I wanted to go see and was told no, I talked to my bro in law who has comemrcial orchards and he tol me of one of his ghunda type workers that he goes in a jeep with armed men to get the payment and does not stay.
it was pretty bad with gun totting robbers stopping buses and robbing ppl, not sure if tha has changed since the 90s/
