Can easily be refuted in one argument.
TTP attacks Muslims in Pakistan saying that since they support the government which is allied with USA, therefore the Pakistani civilians who do not support TTP are not Muslims anymore.
Now, if majority of Pakistani civilians who do not support TTP are not Muslim, Pakistan is not an Islamic country and Islamic laws do not apply here. So, you can go and apply shariah in your own homes and wait for your 72 virgins.
