Marriage is not a necessity anymore, there are currently more single family households then there are two people households. I think women have figured out how useless we are. I have sold many homes to amazingly accomplished good looking females in mid thirties and they seem quite satisfied with their lives. On the other hand single guys don’t do that well without women. It really is a great privilege that they invite someone as dumb as us in their lives and we should appreciate them.

Bro, you are taking survival of the fittest theory in a different way. Consider two cases; one where a disabled person or a less qualified gets a high rewarding emoloyment due to reservation and other where a girl marries an all-evil son of a political or economical influential person. In first case, the person is inferior to the demand of the job but bypasses more compitent ones. They can be called fit for the job because of the law of the land (to ensure equality) not the requirement of the job. In second case, the son is fit because of the vertue of his father. So a bodily weak, qualitatively inferior person can very well survive and even enjoy all pleasures of the earth. Koyal bird doesn’t make nest. Many species don’t select mating partner they just accept the one who is available or who comes for mating.
As far as human are considered, I think girls and parents think many things before marriage like happiness, stablity, caste, religion, reputation etc. We live in a materialistic world where happiness is often associated with materialistis comforts and pleasures. Doctors and such professions are high rewarding and are financially stable. Here in India, a government employee is preferred over an employee of a well known private company or a businessman because of the same reasons. Having said this, there are also other factors which people here consider like caste, religion, social standard, reputation, safety.

My advice was based on the facts provided in your story (incase it real is a real life story and not taken from some bollywood flick). yes she sacrificed her own life for her sister’s kids. That is what I feel, why else any ph.d in their right mind would marry a taxi driver??? If you claim this story to be true then i dont see any other reason why she should marry that guy at all especiaaly if she hates the guy she married, hates the kids and everyone and everything else as there are too many people hating too many things as alleged by yourself that its hard to keep a count atleast for me.
So in this extremely hateful situation where as per you no love exists between anyone then why on earth anybody in this story should marry another??? Does not make sense. Please try to come up with stories which atleast sound real enough for others to respond to.

In the real world, a ph.d will never make such a decision unless she is concerned about her sisters children. You have already claimed that she hates them.

They way personal coaches put this situation is that only losers focus on other peoples lives, how are we to know if she is happy or not or if he treats her bad. There are many educated and sophisticated people who can be abusive and many not so educated who can be very nice. Who are you to judge? It seems there are lot more western girls also who are choosing to stay single. I guess being with someone like you wouldn’t be a prize that you might think it would be. Isn’t the average body part the smallest in the world in India..way too much self importance over all of 3.5 inch average and 5-3 average height..lol

Um… islamically she cannot be emotionally or otherwise blackmailed into it. As a muslim woman, she has complete right to refuse this marraige. She is not a baby at 40ys. She has complete right to refuse to marry whether she is 40 or 60 or 16yo. If her parents forced her to marry against her will then they committed a crime islamically speaking.
The rape case you mentioned is also a crime and equally disgusting as the above crime in your story. 30 men have been arrested in connection of that rape crime. So the crime committed by the parents in your story should also be exposed and that girl should seek legal help. How come this case is not in the media like that rape case you mentioned? Is this a muslim family? Is that 40yo girl muslim? Do they live in pakistan? No matter where this family lives, as a muslim this girl has complete right to refuse to marry the guy she hates. Islamically, noone has authority to force her into this marriage, not even her parents irrespective of whether they are getting “OLD” or younger by the day. A crime is a crime. Tell her to seek legal help.
Incase she is not muslim then she needs to find out what her religion’s ruling is. As per my info, no major religion allows such crimes of forcing an adult girl into marriage.

Not custom, I think power and money is the law in all the thirdworld countries. That is the reason why they are thirdworld countries. Their disregard for justice and equality has caused their doom. Only the rich and powerful are protected by law.
In both these crimes, the criminals do not seem to be too powerful or rich. They seem to be belonging from the powerless and poor class. So there is a chance that justice could be served in both cases as the culprits will not be able to bribe/ influence the law enforcers. The law is purchaseable only when powerful and rich are involved.
Religion is important to avoid crimes like these. Even secular countries get their laws and customs from various ancient religions but mostly Christianity (which actually is the same religion as Islam but of the past). In any country with Islamic law, people atleast have a hope that they can DEMAND security and rights without fear (Rights for all, minorities, women, weaker, etc.) as per the law. In cases like the above two crimes, usually justice is served because the culprits also belong to the poor segment. But when rich and powerful are involved, the justice is given to the party which can showers more money on law makers or abuse power.
Unfortunately the imposter islam which is actually satan’s religion (fascism), not god’s religion is being imposed and brainwashing people in order for them to renounce it fully and willingly to make the world without religion, slowly taking it back to the dark, lost ages.
The people having correct awareness of islamic teachings and the history know how every religion has gone through this phase of being used against humanity through twisted destructive versions by the aggressive and satanist lot of the world. Purpose of these people is to push the world towards dark ages in order to complete the cycle of end of world. So these aggressors pushing the fascist agenda through imposter islam serving their purpose to take the world towards its end. The end, after which a new world has to be formed.
We are very close to the end but must not quit trying to seek justice or be very patient to avoid becoming a part of the satan’s lot and contribute to bringing about the end faster.
Anyways, coming back to your story, since the girl stands a good chance of being given justice, she should not quit. Tell her to seek justice.

Maybe the rapist was the heir to the family.
I would not be surprised after they are released after a few days to get the rapists and the victims to marry each other.Another judgement by the ELDERS.

You are asking me??? As I said earlier, in my eyes the rape case is a CRIME and criminals ought to be punished. Offcourse the ELDERS should have sought to punish the rapist. Plain simple common sense there, right??? If you are interested to know my own personal opinion, offcourse the rapists everywhere need to be punished as I follow common sense not ancient beliefs of any cultures.
Keep in mind that the “ELDERS” you referring to belong to some remote village of a small town of pakistan with uneducated people, not ph.ds like in your story. This particular village where this CRIME took place have their own small judicial system made up of similar uneducated people, (not ph.Ds in any field like in your story) who to decide on their own village crimes in the village. These people have neither conventional education nor islamic education. Due to ZERO conventional and islamic education in that particular village, ‘customs’ which their judicial committee follows are borrowed from the mindset which promotes marriage between dogs and girls. If i am not mistaken that custom is followed only and only in india out of the whole world. Almost daily a marriage takes place between a girl and a dog in many parts of india but its all okay, goes unnoticed, criminals are not arrested, let alone punished. The indian government doesnt get involved because it is widely accepted as a norm, a custom followed and ordered by WELL EDUCATED & ENLIGHTENED ELDERS of indian society. If i am not mistaken, some years back there was a picture of one famous indian actress was forced to marry a dog or a tree by her ELDERS (who happen to be family of educated, well known influencial actors and politicians as well) prior to being married with her human husband. So this example is of educated, well known, influencial people with that mindset.
On the other hand, you want to talk about a village of pakistan which has the same beliefs due to no education islamic or otherwise. I will not be surprised if the accepted religion of that village is also hinduism or no religion at all. But since the country’s widely followed religion is islam, this particular case is considered to be a CRIME by the rest of the country. You make it sound like these crimes are so common and take place in every household of pakistan in supervision of ELDERS like the girl/dog marriages of india.
The arrests have been made based on the fact that it is considered to be a crime by other muslim communities which are in larger population and the country’s own judiciary. So you point why ELDERS ordered a CRIME to take place in deciding fate of a raped girl, we will have to dig deeper into where they got thst f*cked up mentality from. Surely not islam, not not modern education. *Then where??? It is the same ancient mindset of india that is still practiced in india to this day. Now hope i dont have to also teach you how india/pakistan were one country 70 years ago. That mindset cannot be changed unless the government would focus on providing the basic islamic education to all the people. Incase this particular village’s followed religion is hinduism then odfcourse the government cannot force them islamic teaching. But interfere only when a crime is committed and reported.
The girl in your story is also sufferring from the same criminal mindset. You treating it with so much scerecy, withholding the important information such as the country where that crime took place. Only in your recent post you mentioned the girl was FORCED into marriage by her parents - a fact that you had hidden in your first post. Now you want to compare this very secret and confidential story in your first post with a rape crime which happened in a remote village of pakistan located in a small town with all uneducated people following hindu customs and traditions, not Islamic.
Now you are not concerned about the 40yo girl in your story anymore and what she suffered, also dont want to tell us what part of pakistan it happened so could be dealt with as a crime too. Your latest points of concern now seem to be whether rape criminals of the paki uneducated village will be punished or not and why uneducated elders of that village ordered a crime to take place within their community. So tell me what exactly you want to discuss here??? That why the elders approved of a crime or the weak judiciary of pakistan or the crime of a 40yo ph.d girl being forced into marriage with a man she hates that happened in your original story???
I am now beginning to wonder what exactly what the point of you initiating this topic in RELATIONSHIP forum. You are not concerned about the 40yo girl and her relationship situation anymore who I initially thought was your friend or relative. Reluctant to say exactly what part of the world it happened and beliefs of HER ELDERS who committed that crime of forcing her into marriage with someone she hates with an excuse that they are getting “OLD”. Instead you have started talking about a rape crime in some remote paki village with uneducated population following ancient old unislamic trends. Your focus of concern seems to be crimes happening in pakistan, weak judiciary of pakistan, uneducated village elders of pakistan who are inspired by and implement ancient Hindu customs of india on their daily lives & most recently fate of the raped girl and not the oppression suffered by 40yo girl in an undisclosed location so nobody could get to her rescue. If you are not concerned about the 40yo girl but about pakistan’s internal problems then why not post in the appropriate forum with an appropriate title that invites replies from people who are practically connected with relevant departments of the government in order to try to bring a positive change which will get rid of all such disgusting customs???

The same practices are found in Morocco,Tunisa,Algeria,Saudia Arabia,etc which are all hindu free and thousands of miles away.
20000 people die from malaria every year in Pakistan.So what you say? 130000 die every year in India.

It is not okay in India or Pakistan but you seem to single out only Muslims and forget about the atrocities against women in India which is the most heinous in treatment of women with female infanticide reaching in 10s of millions. Would love for you to focus on the atrocities of Hindus with their ultra racism towards blacks, different casts and retarded practice of kundlis and chit and bride burnings and rapes etc. Yes both the countries need reform and India much more so.
