My question is about HEC (Higher Education Commission, Pakistan) criterion regarding research thesis at Postgraduate level, hope some one here can give authentic information , please don’t refer me to HEC website, or some search engines etc.
I want to go for research thesis with a teacher of another university located in a far away city i.e Islamabad while i am in Karachi.
I don’t know the HEC policy regarding such situation when the external supervisor is Phd and internal co-supervisor is Masters(teacher for some minor course), will it be as per HEC policy?
please if some one have authentic information, do share it.
