That's a gold set with locally-made "polkhi". It's not actually polkhi, it's sapphire which is cut the way polkhi is, but much smaller. It's basically a poor man's polkhi, because it's a lot more affordable and its made here in Pakistan (whereas real diamond polkhi in Pak is all imported from India, except at chottanis which makes its own, but its super-expensive). It's widely available in Karachi, but I personally don't like it at all.
