Aray bhai UF - its obvious that any institution’s performance is a direct reflection of its leadership. No one thinks that that the “fauji jawan” is not sincere - its the corrupt leadership at the top. For all our lives we were taught to have pride on our armed forces (this was also kind of mind control through very tightly controlled media). And now the bubble has burst exposing the sold out leadership which has and continues to cheat the “jawans” as well as common citizens of Pakistan.

Hmmm let me put it differently here. When we point finger in general direction by using generic terms like “army” “establishment” “politicians” etc, we give cover to those incompetent individuals. The blame here evenly distributed and incompetent individuals are never exposed or punished. If we want to bring change in “leaderships’” attitude then we better start gelding them personally accountable, and avoid generalizing.
