Even as she is set to appear with Farhan Akhtar in Karthik Calling Karthik, Deepika Padukone’s wish list of co-stars is growing ever larger. Surprisingly, Deepika says she is not averse to working with Ranbir Kapoor again.
“Ranbir is very talented and working with him in Bachna Ae Haseeno was not enough. He has a long way to go. There is a lot of fire in him. I know that he’ll be around for a very long time. I hope he doesn’t lose focus,” says Deepika.
Prodded further about her former beau, she says, “I don’t want to talk about my private life. But I know how to balance my personal and professional lives.”
Whether or not the two are reunited on screen in the future, Deepika would love to be paired with Aamir Khan and Shahid Kapoor in the meantime. “I know for a fact that these are the people I want to work with,” she says.
