This is test cricket and such things do happen in cricket. Just like 1 or 2 good performances do not necessarily make you the best attack, similarly 1 or 2 bad performances do not make you so bad. We however do need to address the problem of not being able to finish off the tail because it has been happening way too often with the current attack

that exactly is the crux of the whole argument. Our current bowling attack is not a finished product yet, its a work in progress. The faces we’re seeing right now in the pack may not even be there one year later based on how they perform on consistent basis. Yet if you look at the quotes, people were just falling over each other tyring to declare it the best in the world, based on what? a mere 2 test series! Don’t pass judgements so early on. Earlier Wahab Riaz was a bowling sensation then soon he was being labeled as pathetic useless waste. We as nation can never be objective enough.
