Except for the weather and accents, I don't see any differences.
The (white) Americans were originally just Britons who colonised another peopleâs country and then after killing and suppressing the original native inhabitants (West-Indians) they stole their land and built their own nation upon genocide and slaughter of W-Indian women and babies choking on their own blood.
It's the same as how the Brits colonised India/Pakistan but we Pakistanis/Indians are a strong and proud people, we don't stand for sh!t from anyone, if anyone wants to live amongst us they have to treat us as equal, when foreigners before the Brits ruled South-Asia they became South-Asian, they intermarried with the locals, gave the locals respectful government posts and patronised the local languages, arts and traditions, and embraced the local culture as their own... But the Brits they treated the locals as slaves, they thought they were superior and stuck to their ways thinking of our ways as âbase and unlovelyâ, thatâs why our people rebelled and when the Brits couldnât control us any longer they had to give us our freedom to save their own honor before we took it by force, it wasnât the likes of Jinnah or Gandhi who were really responsible for independence, it was the millions of South-Asian freedom fighters such as Bhagat Singh and Mangal Pandey who gave sh!ts to the British after they were weak from WWII, peaceful leaders were merely an excuse for the Brits to save their honor and appear as a civilised nation who respected other peoples sovereignty and choice for independence, the real reason was the fear of the freedom fighters.
We being a strong people got freedom, weaker nations who didn't have any honour such as the West-Indians from America, the Maori from New-Zealand, the W-Indians/Inuit/Metis from Canada, Aborigines from Australia, (until late) Blacks in a lot of South-African countries⌠All of them submitted like a bunch of slaves to white mans rule and became a shamed minority in their own lands, now they are willing to give up their identities and are grateful if theyâre allowed to assimilate and loose all traces of their identity/culture/history, and their genotype over the generations in a see of Caucasian phenotype.
We are so lucky, the other day I was watching a program about Aborigines kids which brought tears to my eyes, they have no future, they all turn to violence, drugs and underage sex to get away from reality which is a life of shame as a loathed minority in their own land. To help these kids feel proud they were teaching them some native dances and chants but what's that to be proud of? The more aware you become of your identity the stronger that feeling of loss, and subjugation at the hands of a "superior" people will get.
