I have recently seen some people asking the reviews about theheer.com … based on all the positive reviews I ordered my wedding dress from them and to my surprise it was a complete mess.

They ruined the order and on top their customer services is crap and comes up with series of lies… since I am not in pak it was even harder for me to sort it. Beware they don’t have any refund policy since “its made to order”…

The order I got had following flaws
· Incorrect measurements
· Incorrect design
· Wrong colour
· Wrong material

There was nothing more which could have gone wrong and since they refusing to give any refunds as dress was custom to my request.

I think it would be good for all to know this. I don’t have anything against the business but we should know the truth when throwing out a huge amount for some special occasions.. in this instance once in a life time…
