I have recently seen some people asking the reviews about theheer.com .... based on all the positive reviews I ordered my wedding dress from them and to my surprise it was a complete mess.
They ruined the order and on top their customer services is crap and comes up with series of lies... since I am not in pak it was even harder for me to sort it. Beware they don’t have any refund policy since “its made to order”.....
The order I got had following flaws
· Incorrect measurements
· Incorrect design
· Wrong colour
· Wrong material
There was nothing more which could have gone wrong and since they refusing to give any refunds as dress was custom to my request.
I think it would be good for all to know this. I don’t have anything against the business but we should know the truth when throwing out a huge amount for some special occasions.. in this instance once in a life time........

I request to forum administrator, Please moved the False accusations posts of as the user (@rabiah) failed to provide proof images or customer information to resolve the complaint. We had already sent the user many private messages requesting information if user feel not comfortable here to show information. And we have not found any order record with this user name after conduct search in our database.
Its seem like someone intentionally trying to ruin our reputation and finances by posting False accusations on such nice public forum rather then direct contact.
Our materials are always pure, novelty, and of quality. They are properly examined and checked before they are processed for dying and pattern making. We do not use Georgette or synthetic materials. Banarsi jamawar materials are made in our own factory with high quality silk and chiffon threads imported from China.
I have attached our finished work of product codes B001, B011, B015, B028 B060, B0162 and B0202 with original images.

fabrics.
we are situated at Main Market Gulberg II,(behind new Orega Complex) Lahore, Pakistan. Customer can call our numbers +924235017884 +923454928442 to speak and get driving directions for our outlet. If interested in our products then they can come and see our products or try them on.
We will make the dress based on the measurements customer will provide us. If they provide us with correct measurements and get them in accordance with our measurement guide given in order form then the dress will fit just perfectly. In an unfortunate case they provide us with incorrect measurements and the dress does not fit properly then we leave up to 2-3 inches leeway inside so it can be fixed easily. They can either get it fixed locally or send the dress back to us and we will fix it without any alteration charges.
We dye the order fabric in front of desktop computer screen with 50% brightness and contrast scheme. There is a slight variance chance as the colours in computer screens do not always reflect the exact colour of the outfit. Also, the colours you are seeing in the pictures depend on your computer screen, graphics card and colour resolution you are currently using. We do not know how your computer is displaying colours of our dresses to you and cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any colour is accurate. However, this variance (if any) should not be more than 1-3 percent.
