my mom had forced it into my mouth cz i wasnt eating it. it just didnt smell right. till date my mom has been trying to cook it in different styles hoping i would like it but i just cant make myself eat it :yukh:

Yes, many times. Unfortunately I have nobody to blame. It was my own darn cooking fiascos. But I am just too bad with throwing away stuff that I make. Every now and then I would mess up daal, biryani and that dreaded shrimp fried rice that I can never get right.

ok, worst meal iv ever had? my cousins home made pasta...not enough sauce and no garlic bread, although send me some of ur kali daal and il have a better understanding of awful meals :p
My professor is just that mine!...i actually havnt seen him for a while, hes been on the sick of about 2 months...maybe his love for me grew too much that the thought of teaching me would lead him to fess up to the wife..who knows?

When we lived in Chicago, my husband and I went out with a bunch of friends for Chinese Dim Sum. We all sit at a round table and a rotating tray is in the middle of the table with a variety of dishes in bowls to share. Well I was quickly losing my appetite looking at all these 'mystery meats'. One of them turned out to be some kind of intestinal dish. My husband who has a stomache of steel almost lost his lunch trying that one. It was a day for the adventurous and we were not. But we got our vegetarian Hindu friend Harini to taste meat again, so it was worth it.

Haleem at a gathering, I end up vomitting on my way home. Never touch/eat haleem again nor will.

i got sick once from haleem too. My MIL said that since it was my first time eating it, I wasn’t ‘used to it’. Is it true you have to learn to stomache it?

I few years back i was visiting a friend of mine in another city..we went to the food court..i had been eating french fries for a while so i thought..that i'll take japanese vegetarian food for a change..and that gravy in that food tasted so yucky...i tried eating that food for a while..but couldn't..so finally i had to throw away the food..i felt so bad..because i don't like throwing away the food :-( and after that i bought onion rings for lunch.
