Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith - Hadith 7.106
Narrated by Abu Huraira
The worst food is that of a wedding banquet to which only the rich are invited while the poor are not invited. And he who refuses an invitation (to a banquet) disobeys Allah and His Apostle.
“I put my trust in Allah, my Lord and your Lord! There is not a moving creature, but He has a grasp of its forelock. Verily, my Lord is on the straight path. (The truth)”
(11:55-56)
Is it wrong to refuse any invitation? Sometimes I don't go to where I am invited because I don't feel like it.
I guess it would be alright to refuse to go to a place where the food is not halal...
can v bring sum1 with us to banquetz te partiez just to have some more sawab?...
