the worse thing about me..

YES but I do wanna correct others if they are missing a point for ALLAH says in Quran:

:bism:

You (Muslims) are the Best nation ever raised among the mankind FOR you Advocate Righteousness (Islam) and Forbid Evil and beleive in Allah.

[Surah Aal-e-Imran (3): 110]

My problem is not that I don't pray, but my mind wanders off..and in Quran it says that the ones with weak faith tend to go this way..but I still pray, since I consider it as the strongest form of Dawah, and postrating to your Lord helps a lot when I feel the high of prayers...
But, we are humans and bound to make mistakes, and lots of other stuff I do just does not conform to the norms of a faithful at all, even couple of days ago, I was really craving to have some scotch for no reason.. ....and I try to admit it whenever my mind is in prayers, since only the Creator has the knowledge of the depths of one's heart and on one else..and He's oft forgiving..

u edited it later and i saw it now and now want to know why if someone judges someone's deed, the only excuse we get from others is that ONLY ALLAH IS THE JUDGE but the very same people do it too...

with the very same note, Quran also emphasizes that NO ONE IS THE JUDGE OF OTHER'S INTENTIONS...

ever wonder then why there are islamic rulings and laws against "people's wrong actions"????

There is difference between judging what the intention is and what is way too open. In any case that remark wasn't directed towards you because the truth is I have read very few of your posts in religion :p If u took it personally not my fault :)

Ruilings are punsihments for wrong actions that harm other human beings. There are Hakook Allah and Hakook-ul-Ibad. For Hukook-ul-Ibad there are punishments for Hukook-Allah its clearly for God to decide he wants to forgive or not :) I don't believe I am perfect, I am an ordinary muslim who tries to be better, thus I don't give myself the right to judge anyone.

I did not take anything personally cuz I dun care for what I say is for the sake of ALLAH and He knows everything better than anyone...

I just asked a general question and thanks for the reply:)

I asked the ungranted wishes wala question with all honesty too and only Allah knows my intentions and no I don't think asking a question or admitting a flaw makes me less of a muslim :)

Oh and by no means i meant that those who judge the judges are right :p thats why i said we are all flawed in some way or there will be way too many perfect muslims around and world would be a much better place. Hope you get the point :p

and i beleived u right away .. did not I??? yet if i said something about it being not a saying but in quran is only with the intention to correct u FOR THE SAKE of ALLAH and nothing more... and u are absolutely right about "asking a question or admitting a flaw wont make me less of a muslim"..

Imam Ghazali rahmatullah said: Reason I know what I know is because I never feel ashamed to ask others, regardless of whom I am asking, what I don't know.

oho and didn’t i also tell you i was just trying to pick a fight  meaning was kidding :stuck_out_tongue:

yes u did:) .. i was just clearifying the whole matter by giving an example… so peace :stuck_out_tongue:

i havent missed a single one for the last 3/4 months, and its made me feel so good abt myself :)

seriously, just think abt it this way, ure so busy throught ure day just spare 5 minutes for a 'talk' with ALlah, just ask for what u want and though u maynt get it (world peace we all pray for that) but u'll feel an inner peace that no amount of meditation could achieve

:D
