in this day and age when muslims are constantly being targeted, playing a victim under the hands of "islamic fundamentalists" is enough to get lots of exposure and sympathy.

She was not sponsered by Govt of Pakistan (basically she was not using Tax i.e ppl's money) she can go to hell if she wants to , no stopping on that :)

There are so many issues facing Pakistan - issuing a fatwa or fine against a minor actress wont get them any brownies points. Why don't the molvis's in pakistan do something about abuse (physical/mental/sexual) against women and girls instead? Whats the big deal, the girl needed the publicity to make her mark in bollywood and she's done that by doing a kiss. And its not the first time the Bhatt family have used muslims for their publicity - movie his daughter did 'zakhm' she portrayed a muslim woman having an affair with a Hindu of which resulted 2 sons. Both Mahesh and Pooja both said is was based on Mahesh's mother! Really Pakistan govt and the molvis need to wake up and look beyond the borders of India and Afganistan. Theres a whole world out there.

meera is a slut...almost each and every model and actresses r sluts...they all sleep with hundreds of men..and tht is dam true....
meera can even do xxx scenes to earn fame...after all,she is a moderate woman..musharaf should be happy
