The Way You Look, and then...The Way You Really Look
Be yourself PCG and be comfortable with yourself. If you regularly wear makeup when your out and about on your day to day, then go ahead and put on makeup for your Skype dates, especially if the relationship is still developing. If you don't wear makeup and have always done without then don't worry about it, just do what is most you! I did the Skype thing too, some days I wore more makeup than others because I generally wear makeup when I go out of the house but not like I would be wearing if I was going to a wedding or party dolled up, thats different. Sit close to your window lol natural light is always flattering and softens your face if its during the day.
Just be you as you usually are! There's nothing wrong with wanting to look nice on your Skype dates, like someone said I think most guys have an idea of what's underneath the makeup anyway. No one can be perfect and pretty all the time and someone who appreciates you for you will appreciate both sides. My husband likes the natural look too but makeup suits me more when I'm dressing up or wanting to look my best so I wear makeup, he doesn't refute it. Don't think guys care as long as you are comfortable with your self in what your wearing!

It's fine to be groomed, concealer, a little blush to look fresh and a little bit of mascara, tidy hair...not the fake overdone dulhan ott look. Then there are no issues.

Yeah if you have bad blemishes or something, concealer should be part of the minimal daily routine
Being groomed, with a fluff of blush and bits of mascara, add up tidy hair in the mix and not the said fake overdone dulhan look. Doesn't bother me. Using a concealer however, just doesn't rhyme in for me as much as the rest words may have.

Did any of you show your real face to your husband prior to marriage? Is that something you should even do, or bad move? And men, did you feel any different after you saw a girl without make-up as oppose to make-up on. Was that ever a deciding factor?

yup - showed my less polished self but he didn't see my "maaye" self in pajamas with holes and a hoodie after marriage.
