Folks, although I subscribe to a number of financial/business magazines, I do not subscribe to The Wall Street Journal newspaper which I am being required to subscribe to for my Investment Policy class this semester. The problem I am running into is that everywhere I call for subscriptions, they tell me that it will take 4-6 weeks before I will begin receiving deliveries of the daily newspaper. Does anyone know how I can start the subscription much sooner, as in next week? I would rather not have to buy the paper from the news stand everyday so subscription is the most convenient option. Help please!
May be you can try WSJ online?

Well I did it. I called in a year's subscription this morning through my university which I found out is much quicker access (I get the deliveries of the paper starting in 2 weeks) AND...pleasant surprise: the cost is 50% off the regular price of the subscription. I'm basically paying $99.95 for it which is 1/2 price. Pretty neat, eh?
Dude if you dont have anything useful to add please find somewhere else to get off your frustrations. -hmcq
Thank you, hmcq. That needed to be done at some point.
