Of course Pakistan is to blame for allowing the TNSM to gather so much power in Swat and rendering them support off and on for decades. That however does not change the fact that Mullah Radio is based in Kunar or Nuristan and the Washington Post article dated November 7th 2012 states that Afghan Security forces are turning a blind eye to the TTP and TNSM.

A dead terrorist is a dead terrorist regardless of which end of the border he or she is on.

Yeah working for me, some blog post by some one.

Its for sure that the Afghans and Americans are not doing anything about Pakistani militants as they do not pose any danger to them, similar to how they blame Pakistan for doing nothing against Haqqani Network. More of a tit for tat I believe.
