^Why does it bother you if his videos get taken down? He thought it was his Islamic duty to hate Jews and apostates. He routinely spewed venom against Muslims who disagreed with him. Why do you have sympathies for an enemy of Islam?
… better off with dictators bankrolled by the West. That would be a more honest statement. It’s your prerogative to make racist generalizations about entire peoples, as long as you demonstrate some familiarity with the history/politics of the region. Arabs are wired to be intolerant and violent, yet we witnessed a largely peaceful Arab Spring that faced brutal crackdowns by government apparatuses. This must be a historical anomaly.
Interesting topic that deserves a separate thread, but Samuel Huntington’s theory of the ‘clash of civilizations’ has long been discredited. This is the same reductive world-view that inspires Westerners to marvel at how India, a country of ‘superstitions and snake-charmers’ can be progressing.
