Offtopic: There are democratically-elected candidates from parties like All India Muslim League, All India Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen, AIUDF, etc. However most (Hindu) Indians do not know about them, as National Media basically ignores them. Why ? Because if their fiery speeches are telecast on live TV, there will probably riots, and consequently consolidation of Majority communalism.
