I mean, how civilized have Desis been in recent history? Within YOUR life time I mean.
And when they were overthrowing their dictators we were all praise for them, and bestowing flowery titles like the “Arab Spring,” so pretty I think birds should fly out of my computer screen as im typing this, and now when they attack the embassy they are barbaric again!
By the way, what pecentage of the populations are actually protesting? If 10,000 people in Libya protest, 1000 are violent, and 9000 are peacful, the 1000 that are violent are enough to label the entire population of the country as uncivilized?
We should resist the temptation to resort to generalization as a rule. Sure there are hotheads everywhere, but lets keep things in perspective.
