What would you do if an Indian helping ISI on its mission catching a terrorist in India and not reporting to Indian forces instead?

How would you treat a person if a US citizen in US helping ISI for catching a terrorist and not reporting to CIA instead?

provide the answer to above and you will get the answer to treatment of this Spy in Pakistan.

if given a chance again with a lavish amount and chance of getting u.s. citizenship 9 out of 10 pakistani will do it again where osama was a decleared terrorist and govt alongwith i.s.i. was looking for the culprit vehemently.

Pakistan can negotiate a few billion in Aid for the Dr. I am sure he is good for it and Pakistani government is good at this sort of thing. Win win!
