kaash ham ba_Haisiyat ek umma ke is par 'amal karte aur ise seene se lagaate…'allaamah Iqbal said in Shkwa and jawaab-e-shaKwa:
mufa’it ek hai is qaum kii, nuqsaan bhii ek
ek hii sab kaa nabii [saws], deen bhii, iimaan bhii ek
Haram-e-paak bhii, Allah bhii, Qur’aan bhii ek
kia baRii baat thii hote jo musalmaan bhii ek
firqa bandii hai kahiiN aur kahiiN zaateN haiN!
kia zamaane meN panapne kii yehii baateN haiN?
