One of the most disgusting and undignified incidents in cricket, courtesy of Greg and Trevor Chappell.
During the 3rd final of B&H World Series 1980/81, Greg Chappell, the australian captain instructed his brother Trevor to bowl the under arm delivery so as to avoid a six on the last ball from NZ # 10 batsman Brian McKechnie, which could have tied the match.
The incident led to the ban of underarm bowling.

What has Chappell’s disgusting act in 1981 got to do with India or this Indian team who beat Pakistan comprehensively:konfused:???
P.S. I know Pakistan has a much better record and I don’t need to prove that by showing this pathietic display from Chappell

Disgusting man...I can believe someone would stoop down to such low levels to win a game....
I mean even if he had bowled a proper bowl...I really dont feel that the Brain Richie or whoever guy it was(a tailender would have managed to hit a six) and EVEN he did manage to hit a six it would have been a DRAW!!!!

So why is Shoaib a chucker according to this cheat. What Shoaib does is also within the laws of cricket, including hitting the helmet and brusing ego's in the process.

And by the way it was the ICC who put a ban on underarm bowling immediately as a result of the incidence. Chappel has apologized several times after that incidecne saying that he was physically and mentally unfit during those days.

Who said he is a chucker. ICC did not. Oh yes I forgot, Chappel, Bedi and Gavaskar after he hit someones helmet.

Darn...I looked at the video once more and could not believe how blatant the "chuck" was...from where I come..it is called Dhelaa Pheinknaa....shame on the ICC.
