The ultimate knowledge about Allah is to be certain that Allah exists without a place

The scholar Imam Zayn ad-Din Ibn Nujaym, the Hanafiyy, in his book Al-Bahr ar­Ra’iq, on page 129 said: “Whoever says it is possible that Allah would do a doing in which there is no wisdom commits blasphemy, and also he commits blasphemy by affirming a place to Allah, the Exalted.”

Imam Ahmad ar-Rifa^iyy al-Kabir, who lived around the year 600 after al-Hijrah, said:

which means: “The ultimate knowledge about Allah is to be certain that Allah exists without a how or a place.”

Imam Muhammad Ibn Hibah al-Makkiyy, in his book Hada’iq al-Fusul wa Jawahir al-^Uqul,–also called Al-^Aqidat-as-Salahiyyah because he gave it as a gift to Sultan Salah-ad-Din al-Ayyubiyy who ordered that this book be taught to the children in schools and broadcast from the top of minarets–said:

which means: “Allah existed eternally and there was no place, and the judgment about His existence now is that He is as He was, i.e., without a place.”

It is clear that Islamicaly and logically that Allah Exists Without A Place and that one is forbiden to ask about the self of Allah, but must know the attributes of Allah, for we worship the only one who deserves to be worshiped whom does not resemble the creations.

Multiple threads attack?

His knowledge is EVERYWHERE, he does not resemble his creation, but he is above the heavens, as Koraan says.

Koraan clearly mentions:

“Are you sure that He Who is Above the heaven will not cleave the earth beneath you? Or are you sure that He Who is above the heaven will not send against you a stone-charged hurricane.” [Q 67:17.18 ]

This next verse says, he is allaah who is above the heavens and ON earth he knows what we do, his knowlege is everywhere but he is in heavens:

“And He is Allah above the heaven and on the earth He knows your private and public affairs. And He knows what you achieve.” [Q 6:3]

Statements of Imaams from "From ‘Sharh Usul I’tiqaad Ahlus Sunnah’ of al-Laalikaaee (d.414, pp396+ - Tahqeeq Ahmad Hamdaan):

  1. Imaam Ahmad was asked, ‘Allaah is above the seventh heaven, above His Throne, distinct from his creation, and His Power and Knowledge are in every place?’ And he replied, ‘yes, above the Throne and His Knowledge is in every place.’

Imaam Maalik said, “Allaah is Above the heaven, and His knowledge is in every place, nothing is hidden from Him.” *[Al-Albaanee said in his notes to ‘Mukhtasar’ (no. 130), “reported by Abdullaah in ‘as-Sunnah’ (pg. 5), and likewise Abu Dawood in ‘Masaa’il’ (pg. 263)…and it’s sanad is saheeh” and he includes a refutation of the lies that Kawtharee employs to try and discredit this isnaad.] *

Abu Haneefah (RH) said, when asked of his opinion of the one who says, ‘I do not know whether Allaah is above the heavens or on the earth.’ - “He has disbelieved, because Allaah says, “The Most Merciful rose above the Throne.” , and His Throne is above His seven heavens.’ He was then asked , ‘what if he said that Allaah is above His Throne but he does not know whether the Throne is in the heavens or on the earth?’ He said, ‘He has disbelieved, because He has denied that He is above the heavens, And whosoever denied that He is above the heavens has disbelieved.” ‘al-Uluww’ of adh- Dhahabee, also ‘Sharh Aqueedah at-Tahaawiyyah’ of ibn Abee al-Izz al-Hanafee]
