The ultimate Diet Plan revealed on GS

For all the guppies who have asked me about this diet plan, finally I collected the information. For those who don’t know about it will be glad to know that one of my colleauge has lost almost 14lbs in 5 days with this plan. You can loose upto 20lbs in a week, depending on how you act on it. This plan was given by a top dietitian in Toronto’s hospital some four years ago. This has been practiced by several people since then and it works like a majic. The intention here is to help others out who are trying hard to loose weight in order to keep their bodies in shape. Please feel free to pass it on to the needy people. Shukriya.

Here is the instrucitons and details of the diet plan. Best of luck.

Ingredients of soup:

1 cabbage
3 bunch of green onion
3 Bell pepper
6 Carrots
2 small can of tomato paste
1 packet of onion soup
1 Salary stock
7-8 glass of water

Cut em and boil it for an hour
Put Salt, Soya sauce, hot sauce as per your taste.

Diet:

Take Soup every day as much as possible. If feel more hungry, take more soup. You can drink water as much as you want.

With soup you can take the following diet per day.

1 day vegitables
2 day fruits
3 day fruits and vegi
4 day 8 Bananas and 8 glass of milk
5 any of above
6 any of above
7 day 1lb meat and tomatos

P.S: If you need to loose more weight, you can repeat this 7 day cycle until you are satisfied with result.

*Mods can move this thread to Family Health later on, but keep it here for a while so more people can benefited from it. Thnx.

hmmm interesting.

recently took a food/nutrition course as a general elective (to bypass some requirement for graduating from seneca smoothy bhai) and i must say .. this is a really good one :k:

(not that i will be needing it) as my weight is constant after taking 2800 to 3000 calories a day for 5 days and in two days, burning it all

hmmm... i be a big man...chickas lub big men...

this is nothing more than a yoyo diet. once the person starts eating again they will gain twice the weight. why go through all that hazard just eat fruits and veggies.

I know this diet, its also called the Cabbage Soup diet and it does work to help shift weight quickly although its hard to stick to the plan long term which is why people put the weight back on when they stop the diet.

Oh and it also gives you really bad wind but if that doesn't matter to you then go for it.

:-) also it COULD not necessarily it will give a headache and nausea to some of the users. so be ready ppl :-)
have a nice diet !!!!
uff

Where can I get Salary stock?

slaps own head bad bad bad!

hannaford, Price choper, or any grocery store :p

Hehe, I sure could stock up on Salary ;) (ugh, how corny)

Technically to lose weight the healthy way, one should only lose 1-2 pounds a week maximum.
So, what happens when one stops following this diet plan, start putting back the weight?

My friends tried this diet. Ended up gaining the weight back immediately after stopping this diet. sigh

I made the soup once and it was so umm, not tasty that I ended up dumping it all. Awful waste of food.

This diet is only good if you have an event to go to and need to drop a fast 10 pounds, but expect to gain the weight back after the event.

Yes thats what I use it for too..... I also use it for a few days after I've had a period of eating heavily ie holidays etc.

so what if u stayed on the diet for a bit, and then gradually started to decrease the amount of soup you had. Would u still go bak to normal?

Ugly sem, the trick to staying fit is losing fat, not water and muscle. This means working out on a regular basis. I guess if you follow this diet plan and work out regularly with a sensible diet after that, you should be okay.

None of the diet plans will work, if (1) you don't exercise with it (2) never get off the diet plan.

To do the first requires some motivation, but to eat the same food, in the same quantaty, for the rest of your life is very hard to do. It's kinda like eating a sick-person food when you are really are not sick.

So, the best way to diet is eat everything that you like and everything that you should eat but just eat less. If you eat a whole plate of rice now, eat 3/4 or half. If you eat 2 toasts in the morning, reduce it to one. If you drink a full glass of milk, drink half. This way you will eat all the normal nutritions, won't have to give up on your favorite food and don't have to weigh your food or try to cut it to fit the scale.

It really works! I think Xtreme bhai opened a thread on it .. and you can find references to the above practice in Hadiths.
