Well yes, i agree that the vendor needs to be very careful and make sure that the customer is satisfied. However sometimes or maybe i should say that often the customers can get very unrealistic too, it’s like they had paid for what is worth say $50 but in the end they had complain when it doesnt turn out to be something worth $100. Now just because we are buying somebody’s services, it doesnt mean we have the right to bezitify them fazool mein hi. There has to be a balance where the vendor is making sure that they are providing what they were paid for and the customer should give them the respect and appreciation they deserve.
I understand what you are saying, but the vendors should keep it to the service the offered not but everything about the costumer out there, in this case I think the vendors post was far worse then the reviewers.
