At one place you propagate that they are Pakistanis and terrorists of LASHKAR-E-TAYYABA and ISI and on the other hand you also say that they are the DAKKAN MUJAHIDEEN from DAKKAN-INDIA. Why is it so?

Why are we concerned about 'proof' and 'evidence' and 'who dun it'. It is a simple fact that many Indians think that they have a chance this time because Pakistan is in deep financial trouble and they are excited because their 'enemy' is weak and they have found a 'reason' to be aggressive. The Indians have problems with all the neighbors and are always in search for an excuse to dominate them.
We should be concerned about our own strength and unity. Start from your own selves. If everybody strives to be better, we can do much better financially and strategically. For some time to come though, we need to stop comparing ourselves to our friends/family/peers in financial terms and start comparing how much better you are as a 'person', not considering if they have a better car or house. This has been the downfall of our nation. Please be better 'human beings'.

So you really don't know anything about how the Deccan Mujahideen or Dakkan as riaz says came about? you don't know that an email was found sent from Pakistan through a Russian proxy server, which claimed they are Deccan Mujahideen and behind this attack?

Also, (again technically speaking) if it is a true proxy server then by defination it doesn't care / forward where the information coming from. So, only way your claim to be reliable if the Russian Gov't (or at least Russian company hosting proxy server) confirms that!
Just do a google for proxy server and you will see that there are numerous options available to hide your location.
